Elections 2010

Dear Member,

On behalf of the managing committee I am happy to announce the Annual General Body Meeting for elections to the Managing Committee of The Animation Society of India (TASI) for the year 2010-2011 to be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at the Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics, Head Office Auditorium, Shah Industrial Estate, Off Veera Desai Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai at 5:30 pm.

Election Process

1. Kindly nominate candidates from the member body who you feel will serve your society for the next 1 year term. View the list of members here.

(Last date for nomination of candidates by the members of the society is Wednesday, August 18, 2010)

a. Select your candidate from the list of members available on the website.
b. Fill in the form provided to send in your nomination online.

Please note that the current Managing committee shall meet on Saturday, September 11, 2010 to select and finalise list of nominees for final voting and selection the general body.

Final list shall be published on the TASI website latest by Monday September 13, 2010.

2. Kindly attend the general body meeting on September 25, 2010 to vote and select the new committee members from the finalised list of candidates.
